January 2026: As required by the State Water Resources Control Board, we had our lab run tests of the well water for minerals and contaminants. Our water contains no detectable Copper, Lead or Manganese, and no Nitrates, Nitrites or Fluoride. See the lab report available at the bottom of this page. The report includes levels of Calcium, Iron, Magnesum, and Sodium, plus pH and hadness.

Bailey Mutual Water Company, Preventive System Disinfection August 8, 2025
There are no problems in our water. This disinfection is an annual measure to prevent growth of algae and bacteria in our water. You may notice a chlorine odor in the water for a few days following the disinfections.
The level of chlorine is the lowest level for effective disinfection. The water remains safe for drinking.
